Troubleshooting

Most issues come down to data completeness. Here are the common ones and how to resolve them.

"No orders found"

Profixo needs recent orders to analyze. If you see this:

  • Your store may be brand new or have no recent orders — Profixo will start producing alerts as orders come in.
  • Confirm the correct store is connected if you manage several.

"Can't calculate profit — cost missing"

This is the most common limiter. Profixo won't guess a loss, so a product without a cost can't produce a confirmed alert.

Add costs to unlock alerts

Add cost per item to your Shopify product variants, or enter the cost directly on the alert. The next analysis will confirm the result. See Product Costs.

Fewer alerts than expected

Usually a data issue, not a healthy store:

Analysis failed or seems stuck

  • Wait a few minutes — large stores take longer on the first run.
  • Trigger a Sync Now (Guard/Shield) to re-run the analysis.
  • If it repeatedly fails, it may be a temporary Shopify API issue — try again shortly, then contact support if it persists.

Not receiving email alerts

  • Check spam / promotions folders.
  • Confirm alert emails are enabled in Settings.
  • Verify your account email is correct.
