What is Profixo?

Profixo is an AI-powered profit-leak detector for Shopify. It connects to your store, analyzes your products and orders daily, and alerts you when something is costing you money — from hidden fees to underperforming products.

Who is Profixo for?

Shopify merchants doing $20K–$150K/month who want to protect their margins. It works for solo store owners, agencies managing multiple stores, and e-commerce teams.

How is Profixo different from Shopify analytics?

Shopify analytics shows revenue and traffic. Profixo calculates true product-level profitability by factoring in platform fees, return costs, shipping gaps and ad spend, then alerts you where you're actually losing money.

Setup & data

Is my data safe?

Yes. Profixo uses read-only Shopify access and can never modify your store. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256), and we never store your Shopify credentials. See Data & Privacy.

How long does the initial analysis take?

Usually 2–5 minutes depending on store size. You'll get your first alerts as soon as it completes. See Your First Analysis.

Can I connect multiple stores?

Yes. Guard supports up to 5 stores and Shield supports unlimited stores. See Managing Multiple Stores.

Alerts

What types of alerts are there?

RED (confirmed profit leaks needing action), YELLOW (early warnings), and INFO (optimization opportunities). All paid plans see RED and YELLOW alerts. See Understanding Alerts.

Do I get email notifications?

Yes. You receive an email for new RED alerts, and you can manage preferences in Settings. See Email Notifications.

Billing

What plans are available?

Protect ($29/mo), Guard ($79/mo) and Shield ($149/mo), plus a 14-day free trial. Annual billing saves 20%. See Plans & Pricing.

How does billing work?

Billing is handled through Shopify — charges appear on your Shopify invoice, so there are no separate payment details to enter.

How do I cancel?

Cancel any time from the Pricing page or by contacting support. Access continues until the end of your billing period, with no charges afterwards.

Is there a refund policy?

If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days of a paid subscription, contact us for a full refund. See Billing & Cancellation.
