Currency Support
Profixo displays all profit figures and alerts in your store's currency, which it derives automatically from Shopify — you don't need to set it manually.
Supported currencies
Profixo currently supports:
- USD — US Dollar
- EUR — Euro
- GBP — British Pound
- CAD — Canadian Dollar
- AUD — Australian Dollar
The correct currency symbol is applied throughout the app and in your email alerts based on your store settings.
Single-currency stores
One currency per store
Profixo analyzes stores that operate in a single currency. Multi-currency stores (selling in several currencies simultaneously) aren't fully supported yet, because mixing currencies would make profit comparisons unreliable.
If you sell internationally through Shopify Markets with multiple active currencies, contact support before relying on Profixo's figures — we'll let you know the current status for your setup.
