Your First Analysis
As soon as you connect your store, Profixo pulls your recent products, orders and refunds and runs its first full profit analysis.
How long it takes
The initial analysis typically takes 2–5 minutes, depending on your store size. You'll see a progress screen while it runs, and you'll land on your alerts as soon as it finishes.
Larger stores
Stores with thousands of products and long order histories sit at the upper end of that range. You can safely leave the page — we'll email you when your first results are ready.
What you'll see first
When the analysis completes, Profixo shows a prioritized list of alerts. Each alert has:
- A severity — RED, YELLOW or INFO (see Understanding Alerts).
- An estimated dollar impact.
- A confidence score based on how complete your data is.
- A short explanation and a recommended action.
If you see fewer alerts than expected
That usually means your data is incomplete rather than your store being leak-free. The most common cause is missing product costs (COGS) — without a cost, Profixo can't confirm a loss and won't guess. Add costs in Financial Settings or directly on an alert, and the next analysis will be sharper. See Product Costs.
If you see "No orders found"
Brand-new stores or stores with no recent orders won't have enough data to analyze yet. Profixo will start producing alerts as orders come in. See Troubleshooting.
Keeping it current
After the first run, Profixo re-analyzes your store every day automatically. On Guard and Shield you can also press Sync Now for an on-demand refresh.
