Billing & Cancellation

Profixo billing is handled entirely through Shopify, so there's no separate payment setup and no card details to manage inside Profixo.

How payment works

Charged on your Shopify invoice

All Profixo charges go through the Shopify Billing API and appear on your normal Shopify invoice. You don't enter card details in Profixo.

Upgrading and downgrading

From the Pricing page (while logged in) you'll see your current plan and your options:

  • Upgrades take effect immediately, so you get the higher limits right away.
  • Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period, so you keep what you've paid for until then.

Discount codes

If you have a discount code, enter it when choosing or changing your plan (in the Subscription section of Settings / Pricing). The discount is validated and applied to your Shopify charge.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time from the Pricing page or by contacting support.

  • Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • There are no automatic charges after cancellation.

Refund policy

If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days of a paid subscription, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked.

Payment failures

If a Shopify charge fails, Profixo will prompt you to update billing through Shopify. Resolve it there and your plan reactivates automatically.
