Disconnecting Profixo

You can disconnect Profixo at any time. There's no lock-in and no cancellation maze.

How to disconnect

Open Settings

Go to the Settings page in Profixo (or the Stores page if you have more than one store).

Disconnect the store

Choose to disconnect. This stops all analysis for that store and also uninstalls the app from your Shopify admin.

You can also uninstall Profixo directly from your Shopify admin under Settings → Apps; Profixo handles the uninstall webhook and cleans up accordingly.

What happens to your data

Data removal

When you disconnect and uninstall, Profixo removes your store data in line with Shopify's compliance requirements. Your alert history is no longer accessible once the store is disconnected.

Multiple stores

Disconnecting one store does not affect the others on your account. See Managing Multiple Stores.

Billing after disconnecting

Disconnecting a store doesn't automatically cancel a paid subscription. If you're done with Profixo entirely, also cancel your plan — see Billing & Cancellation.

Coming back later

If you reconnect in the future, Profixo runs a fresh analysis from your current Shopify data — you can pick up right where a healthy store should be.
