Email Notifications
Profixo is alert-first, which means it comes to you. You don't have to log in to find out something's wrong — the important alerts arrive by email.
What gets emailed
- New RED alerts — sent immediately, so a confirmed profit leak reaches you the moment it's detected.
- Daily digest — a summary of your store's status and any new or changed alerts from the latest analysis.
Managing preferences
You control email notifications from the Settings page. You can toggle alert emails on or off there at any time.
Keep RED alerts on
RED-alert emails are the fastest way to catch a leak early. We recommend leaving them enabled even if you turn off the daily digest.
Unsubscribing
Every Profixo email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can turn emails off in Settings. Unsubscribing from emails does not affect your account or stop the daily analysis — your alerts still appear in the dashboard.
Not receiving emails?
If alerts aren't arriving:
- Check your spam or promotions folder.
- Confirm alert emails are enabled in Settings.
- Make sure your account email address is correct.
